We will issue a 100% refund only if you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.

If you feel the product is “not as described,” you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with:

Clear explanation of the mismatch
We will verify and resolve the issue by either updating the files or providing the correct package.
